Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

You can change your subscription plan at any time as your business grows.

Upgrading Your Plan

When to Upgrade:

  • Reaching product limits
  • Exceeding monthly order limits
  • Needing advanced features
  • Wanting lower commission rates

How to Upgrade:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select new plan
  4. Review changes
  5. Confirm upgrade

Prorated Billing:

  • Pay only the difference for remaining period
  • Immediate access to new features
  • New limits apply immediately
  • New commission rate applies to future sales

Downgrading Your Plan

When to Downgrade:

  • Seasonal slow periods
  • Taking a break from selling
  • Not using advanced features

How to Downgrade:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select lower plan
  4. Review potential impacts
  5. Confirm downgrade

Effective Date:

  • Downgrades take effect at next billing cycle
  • Current plan features remain until then
  • Excess products may need to be archived
  • Consider implications before downgrading

Plan Change Considerations

Before Downgrading, Check:

  • Will you exceed product limits?
  • Are you using features not in lower plan?
  • Will commission increase offset savings?
  • Do you have active coupons that will be disabled?

After Upgrading:

  • Explore new features
  • Update product listings
  • Set up new integrations
  • Train staff on new capabilities

Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Complete exit survey
  4. Confirm cancellation

After Cancellation:

  • Shop remains active until end of billing period
  • Products remain listed
  • No new charges
  • Data retained for 30 days
  • Can reactivate within 30 days

Reactivating Your Shop

To reactivate within 30 days:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to Settings > Subscription
  3. Select a plan
  4. Your data will be restored
