What is Shopify Integration?
Shopify integration allows you to:
- Sync products between platforms
- Import orders from Shopify
- Manage inventory across both platforms
- Streamline fulfillment

Setting Up Integration
Step 1: Connect Your Shopify Store
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Click "Connect Shopify"
- Enter your Shopify store URL
- Log into Shopify and authorize connection
Step 2: Configure Sync Settings
Choose what to sync:- Products
- Orders
- Inventory
- Customers
Step 3: Map Data Fields
Ensure data maps correctly:- Product categories
- Inventory locations
- Shipping settings
- Tax settings

What Doesn't Sync:
- Inventory updates back to Shopify
- Orders from Robinson Empire to Shopify

Managing Inventory Sync
Sync Options:
- Real-time: Instant updates (recommended)
- Scheduled: Updates every X minutes
- Manual: Update on demand
Conflict Resolution:
When inventory differs:- Use Robinson Empire as master
- Use Shopify as master
- Use most recent update
Order Fulfillment
Orders from Shopify:
- Appear in your Robinson Empire dashboard
- Fulfill through Robinson Empire
- Tracking syncs back to Shopify

Disconnecting
To disconnect:
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Click "Disconnect Shopify"
