Shipping & Fulfillment Policies

Delivery Confirmation Policy

Due to various circumstances that may occur at your delivery address that are beyond our control, you agree that any delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the cardholder, even without a signature.

This includes but is not limited to: packages left at designated safe locations, delivery to building reception areas, or other carrier-approved delivery methods.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Important Notice: If you are unsatisfied with any product received, you must contact the manufacturer or distributor directly and review their specific return policy.

Company Policy: Robinson Empire does not issue refunds or process cancellations once orders are placed and confirmed. All sales are final.

Chargeback Policy

Definition: All references to a "chargeback" refer to a reversal of a credit/debit card charge placed on www.robinsonempire.com.

Policy Statement: There is no legitimate reason for a chargeback to be filed against authorized transactions. Unnecessary chargebacks constitute theft and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

YOUR AGREEMENT: YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT INITIATE CHARGEBACKS FOR ANY AMOUNTS CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON THIS SITE.

Consequences: IF YOU CHARGEBACK A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD CHARGE FOR A PAYMENT INITIATED BY YOU, YOU AGREE THAT THIS SITE MAY RECOVER THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE CHARGEBACK PLUS AN ADDITIONAL $100.00 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE BY ANY MEANS DEEMED NECESSARY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RECHARGING YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR ENGAGING A COLLECTION AGENCY.

Order Processing & Acceptance

Order Confirmation: Your electronic order confirmation, or any form of confirmation, does not signify our automatic acceptance of your order.

Cancel orders that appear fraudulent in any way

Notice Timing: Such notice shall be deemed delivered upon the expiration of 72 hours after mailing/posting (if sent by mail) or 72 hours after sending (if sent by email).

Your Notice to Company: You may provide notice to Company by letter sent via first-class postage prepaid mail to the address listed on our contact page, addressed to the attention of: President. Such notice is deemed given when received by Company.

Modification of Terms

Company Rights: Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement or its policies relating to products and services at any time.

Effective Date: Modifications become effective immediately upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the www.robinsonempire.com Website.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement to stay informed of any changes.

Continued Use: Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

General Legal Provisions

Governing Law: For U.S. customers, this Agreement shall be governed by Florida law and controlling United States federal law, without regard to choice or conflicts of law provisions.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes, actions, claims, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, such provision(s) shall be construed to reflect the original intentions, with all other provisions remaining in full force and effect.

Relationship: No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Company as a result of this agreement.

Waiver: Company's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver unless acknowledged in writing.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with applicable forms and policies, comprises the entire agreement between parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, discussions, or agreements regarding the subject matter.

Important Definitions

As used in this Agreement:

"Agreement" means these online terms of use, any Order Forms (whether written or submitted online), and any materials available on the Company Website specifically incorporated by reference, as may be updated by Company from time to time.

"Effective Date" means the earlier of: (a) the date this Agreement is accepted by selecting "I Accept," (b) the Effective Date on the subscription form, or (c) the date you begin purchasing products from this site.

"Order Form(s)" means the form evidencing your purchase and any subsequent order forms submitted online or in written form. Each Order Form becomes part of this Agreement (in case of conflict, this Agreement prevails).
