Bill Components

1. Subscription Fee

Fixed monthly charge based on your plan:

• Bronze: $29/month
• Silver: $99/month
• Gold: $299/month

2. Transaction Fees (Commission)

Percentage of sales:

• Bronze: 20%
• Silver: 15%
• Gold: 10%

Bronze Plan Example:

Billing Cycle

• Subscription fees: Charged on your monthly anniversary
• Transaction fees: Deducted from payouts (not billed separately)
• Failed payment: 3 retry attempts over 7 days

Viewing Your Bills

1. Go to Settings > Billing History
2. View all past invoices
3. Download PDF copies
4. Export for accounting

Payment Methods for Subscription

• Credit/Debit card
• PayPal
• Bank account (ACH)

Failed Payments

If subscription payment fails:

1. Grace period: 3 days
2. Reminder emails sent
3. After 3 days: Shop suspended
4. After 30 days: Account deactivated

Tax on Subscription

Sales tax may apply to subscription fees based on your location. Tax is calculated and shown at checkout.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally not refundable. Contact support for exceptional circumstances.
