Tracking Your Order

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is placed, you can track its progress through several methods:

Method 1: Online Tracking (Recommended)

  1. Log into your Robinson Empire account
  2. Go to "My Orders" section
  3. Find your order and click "Track Order"
  4. View real-time updates on your order status

Order Status Definitions

StatusDescription
Order PlacedYour order has been received
ProcessingOrder is being prepared by the vendor
ShippedOrder has left the vendor facility
In TransitPackage is on the way to you
Out for DeliveryPackage will be delivered today
DeliveredPackage has been delivered
ExceptionIssue with delivery (contact support)
CancelledOrder has been cancelled
ReturnedItem has been returned to vendor

Method 2: Email Notifications

You will receive email updates at each stage:

  • Order confirmation
  • Shipping notification with tracking number
  • Delivery confirmation

Download the Robinson Empire app for push notifications and easy tracking on the go.

Tracking Number Issues

If your tracking number is not working:

  • Wait 24-48 hours for the carrier to update their system
  • Check for typos in the tracking number
  • Contact our support team if issues persist
