Tracking Your Order
Once your order is placed, you can track its progress through several methods:
Method 1: Online Tracking (Recommended)
- Log into your Robinson Empire account
- Go to "My Orders" section
- Find your order and click "Track Order"
- View real-time updates on your order status
Order Status Definitions
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Order Placed | Your order has been received |
| Processing | Order is being prepared by the vendor |
| Shipped | Order has left the vendor facility |
| In Transit | Package is on the way to you |
| Out for Delivery | Package will be delivered today |
| Delivered | Package has been delivered |
| Exception | Issue with delivery (contact support) |
| Cancelled | Order has been cancelled |
| Returned | Item has been returned to vendor |
Method 2: Email Notifications
You will receive email updates at each stage:
- Order confirmation
- Shipping notification with tracking number
- Delivery confirmation
Method 3: Mobile Notifications
Download the Robinson Empire app for push notifications and easy tracking on the go.
Tracking Number Issues
If your tracking number is not working:
- Wait 24-48 hours for the carrier to update their system
- Check for typos in the tracking number
- Contact our support team if issues persist
