Understanding Order Statuses

Here is a comprehensive guide to understanding your order status:

Order Status Breakdown

Pending

Your order has been received but not yet processed by the vendor. This usually takes 1-2 business days.

Processing

The vendor is preparing your order for shipment. This includes picking, packing, and labeling your items.

Shipped

Your order has been dispatched from the vendor facility. You will receive a tracking number via email.

In Transit

Your package is moving through the shipping network toward your delivery address.

Out for Delivery

Your package is on the delivery truck and will arrive today.

Delivered

Your package has been delivered to the specified address. Check with household members or neighbors if you cannot locate it.

Exception

There is an issue with delivery (address problem, weather delay, etc.). Contact support for assistance.

Cancelled
