Managing Addresses
You can save multiple shipping and billing addresses for faster checkout:
Adding a New Address
- Go to "My Account" > "Addresses"
- Click "Add New Address"
- Enter complete address details:
- Full name
- Street address
- Apartment/suite (if applicable)
- City
- State/Province
- ZIP/Postal code
- Country
- Phone number
- Choose if this is a shipping address, billing address, or both
- Click "Save Address"
Setting a Default Address
- Mark an address as default for automatic selection at checkout
- You can have separate default shipping and billing addresses
- Default addresses are pre-selected during checkout
Editing an Address
- Find the address in your address book
- Click "Edit"
- Make changes
- Click "Save"
Deleting an Address
- Find the address in your address book
- Click "Delete"
- Confirm deletion
Note: You cannot delete an address associated with pending orders.
Address Verification
We verify addresses to ensure successful delivery. If your address cannot be verified:
- Double-check spelling and formatting
- Use the address autocomplete feature
- Contact support if issues persist
International Addresses
We support shipping to 100+ countries. For international addresses:
- Use local address format
- Include all required fields
- Be aware of customs and import duties
