Managing Addresses

You can save multiple shipping and billing addresses for faster checkout:

Adding a New Address

  1. Go to "My Account" > "Addresses"
  2. Click "Add New Address"
  3. Enter complete address details:
  • Full name
  • Street address
  • Apartment/suite (if applicable)
  • City
  • State/Province
  • ZIP/Postal code
  • Country
  • Phone number
  1. Choose if this is a shipping address, billing address, or both
  2. Click "Save Address"

Setting a Default Address

  • Mark an address as default for automatic selection at checkout
  • You can have separate default shipping and billing addresses
  • Default addresses are pre-selected during checkout

Editing an Address

  1. Find the address in your address book
  2. Click "Edit"
  3. Make changes
  4. Click "Save"

Deleting an Address

  1. Find the address in your address book
  2. Click "Delete"
  3. Confirm deletion

Note: You cannot delete an address associated with pending orders.

Address Verification

We verify addresses to ensure successful delivery. If your address cannot be verified:

  • Double-check spelling and formatting
  • Use the address autocomplete feature
  • Contact support if issues persist

International Addresses

We support shipping to 100+ countries. For international addresses:

  • Use local address format
  • Include all required fields
  • Be aware of customs and import duties
