How to Initiate a Return
Initiating a return is easy. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Access Your Order
- Log into your Robinson Empire account
- Navigate to "My Orders"
- Find the order containing the item you want to return
- Click "Return Item"
Step 2: Select Return Reason
Choose from the following options:
- Item defective or damaged
- Wrong item received
- Item not as described
- Changed mind
- Size/fit issue
- Arrived too late
- No longer needed
Step 3: Choose Refund Method
- Refund to original payment
- Store credit (faster)
- Exchange (if available)
Step 4: Print Return Label
- For eligible returns, print the prepaid return label
- If return shipping is customer-paid, use your preferred carrier
- Ensure you have a tracking number for your records
Step 5: Package Your Return
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Place the item securely in a shipping box
- Attach the return label to the outside
- Include the packing slip or note with order number
Step 6: Ship the Return
- Drop off at designated carrier location
- Keep your tracking number
- Monitor return status in your account
After Return is Shipped
You will receive email confirmation once your return is processed. Check your account for real-time updates.
