Initiating a return is easy. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Access Your Order

1. Log into your Robinson Empire account
2. Navigate to "My Orders"
3. Find the order containing the item you want to return
4. Click "Return Item"

Step 2: Select Return Reason

Choose from the following options:

• Item defective or damaged
• Wrong item received
• Item not as described
• Changed mind
• Size/fit issue
• Arrived too late
• No longer needed

Step 3: Choose Refund Method

• Refund to original payment
• Store credit (faster)
• Exchange (if available)

Step 4: Print Return Label

• For eligible returns, print the prepaid return label
• If return shipping is customer-paid, use your preferred carrier
• Ensure you have a tracking number for your records

Step 5: Package Your Return

• Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
• Place the item securely in a shipping box
• Attach the return label to the outside
• Include the packing slip or note with order number

Step 6: Ship the Return

• Drop off at designated carrier location
• Keep your tracking number
• Monitor return status in your account

After Return is Shipped

You will receive email confirmation once your return is processed. Check your account for real-time updates.
